November’s Conscious Covets

Fall is in full swing now that it is November. I am here for the cozy outfits, good books, warm meals and golden colors. Keep coming back this this all month with what I am loving and getting into!

I recently fell upon Losano and love their clothes and their concept.  Their clothes are PFAS free, meaning their made without the harmful chemicals found in other workout gear.  Not to mention it’s very comfortable and I love the color of this set - it’s perfect for fall.  Click the link below to check them out - it’ll give you 15% off at checkout too!  Or use code AshleyP.

Wow just wow is this book good.  I can’t stop reading it!  It’s the perfect fall cozy murder mystery you need to curl up as the weather changes.  I started this while upstate last weekend and cannot put it down.  I might be speed writing this just so I can get back into it!

My sleep has not been great lately, I’ve been waking so much and it’s been driving me nuts.  I’ve been hit up by Alice for a while with their ads and decided to give them a try.  I will say, I have definitely gotten improved sleep with them!  They taste good for what it is (I wouldn’t call it a treat but it’s a tiny square and tastes good enough to enjoy and swallow).  I take an hour or so before bedtime and have been getting significantly better sleep.  Definitely recommend!

My mom gifted me one of these last year and we liked it.  It got used and thrown away and I kind of forgot about them.  But then, I started getting sick of using so many paper towels - it’s wasteful and not good for the environment so I decided to buy a pack and commit to making a better choice.  Aside from the fact that they are better for the environment, they also work so much better than paper towels for kitchen clean up!  Can’t recommend them enough and would even say that they would be a great housewarming or hostess gift.

I recently started this book and am loving it.  It’s equal parts light and fun but also there’s an underlying story that has depth.  I’m not done but I’ve definitely had a hard time putting it down at bed time and would recommend!

Martha was the original influencer!  This documentary is not only interesting about her life but also takes you through a tour of history in the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s.  She was truly a pioneer for women and an inspiration to many.  I enjoyed this and would definitely recommend!

I don’t often get colored nail polish but do get manicures to keep my nails looking good since I work with my hands often.  I love this cuticle oil as it helps my nails/hands look good and fight the effects of drying out, winter, hand washing, etc.  It’s a quick way to upgrade how your nails look and extend your manicures!  Not to mention, PH7’s products are free of a lot of junk other beauty brands have.  I get my nails done there consistently in NYC.

The sommeliers from French Laundry out in Napa created these as a way to make gut healthy mocktails without all the junk/sugar of other mixers.  These are herbaceous and have feel good ingredients like holy basil.  I love these dropped into sparkling water with a squeeze of lemon.

I hope you enjoy this list as much as I have! If you check anything out and love it be sure to tag me on Instagram @AshleyPattenPilates and/or comment below!
