2 Week Pilates Power Up

 

Let's finish September strong with 10 classes in 2 weeks. Setting realistic goals is how you start new habits that you can actually stick to. I am a firm believer that a little bit of pilates goes a long way and that doing shorter workouts more often leads to the best results. 1 hour of pilates a few times a month just isn't going to move the needle as fast.

 

What’s Included?

This program is COMPLIMENTARY with your membership! The point of this is to inspire and guide you through 10 classes to be completed in 2 weeks. I will be offering a suggested series of classes to help you with accountability. This being said, do what you need! This may mean repeating a class and/or choosing a class that is a better fit based on your body, goals, and level.

On top of all this, I will be hosting an optional WhatsApp Group Chat to offer motivation, share success tips/stories and highlight your favorite classes.

This program begins Monday, 9/15 and wraps up Sunday, 9/28.
