August’s Conscious Covets
Last month I found a few things that I can’t get enough of. They are a mix of good for your gut, good for the environment and good for your soul. Keep reading for some inspiration!
I love this stuff! Make yourself the easiest and most delicious dinner by roasting up some salmon and veggies in the oven. Then serve them over a mix of rice/cauliflower rice with a big drizzle of these stuff. Top it off with some sesame seeds and chopped chives and you're good to go with an easy, delicious and nutrient dense dinner!
This is the tonic you need to start your day with if you're feeling bloated, stuck, constipated, etc. Add it to a large glass of water with electrolytes, chlorophyll (use APPSAKARA for a %), and a squeeze of lemon and you'll literally be on your way.
My go to look this fall as the weather changes is a pair of comfy shorts like these blue and white striped ones I bought from Suzie Kondi at the beginning of the summer. Then, pair them with a basic short sleeve t shirt and a cashmere sweater (I have been loving J Crew's light weight cropped cashmere sweaters for shoulder season!) around your shoulders in the event you get a little cold. It's the perfect mix of still holding onto summer and gearing up for fall. Last, you can't forget about a hat (Lack of Color makes the BEST hats!) because protecting your face is one of the best things you can do to proactively age! Plus these Chloe sandals which I wore EVERY DAY this summer and am obsessed. They are so comfortable and so cute!
