How I Maximize My Sakara Membership

For years I was hit up by Sakara’s ads. You could definitely say I am their primo type of consumer. I love to cook (as you know!) so I never really thought it was for me. But then I became a mom, then the pandemic happened and I started my own business. It was time for some extra help so I decided to give Sakara a try. Keep reading for how I fit Sakara into my life daily. And when you’re done, if you’re convince on how amazing it is be sure to click here for 20% off your first two orders!

Without a doubt,

Sakara is an investment. But I need hacks! Life is busy, rushed, and most importantly I need to take care of myself so I can take care of others. There are a lot of ways you can fit Sakara into your life to enhance your nutrition, your energy, and so much more.

You get a discount when you’re a regular subscriber. Then, tweak it weekly - cancel it, make it 2 days, 3, days, 5 days, etc. This will help you stay committed to your nutrition and save yourself some money.

I love the delicious breakfasts that come with the meal plan. I personally need a little extra protein and fat in the morning so I always add 2 eggs - poach them, scramble them or boil them and put them on the side. You can eat the eggs first to help stabilize your blood sugar as well!

I personally think most food tastes best either room temperature or cooked (if it’s supposed to be). I always take my meals out in the morning and leave them on the counter for when I’m ready. Sometimes, there are toppings that Sakara says to heat up. Sometimes, depending on the toppings even if Sakara doesn’t mention it I will still heat up some of the toppings as I feel that it makes them taste the best this way - especially if it’s the winter and you need more of a “warm meal”.

I also looove their Chocolate Granola. It is so good with almond or brazil nut milk and berries. It’s perfect to have on hand when you’re tight on time but want to eat a good breakfast. This is also how I incorporate Sakara into my life when I’m not using their meal plans.

I love the Beauty and Detox Water Drops. I add them either to my green juice in the morning or to a glass of lemon water in the afternoon for a little nutrient boost. It becomes a bit of a “Green lemonade” after you stir it up. These help replenish mineral depletion as well as detoxify you. I always choose these as my “add on” in my subscription but also keep a larger bottle set on hand as a back up.

Order their teas and granolas to keep on hand. I love their Detox Tea for night time and the Digestion Tea in the morning. It helps keep everything moving if you know what I mean. These are also great to take while traveling and maintain some of your routine while on the road.

It can literally be eaten anywhere. I have eaten meals on the airplane, in my car on the street in NYC, on a park bench, on the beach, on a picnic, and while running around with my son. I can’t tell you how having easy access to nutrient dense food will change your life. I promise!

Enjoy the beautiful and abundant food that comes with Sakara’s meal plans! One of the best things you can do for your health is to eat a variety of foods daily and weekly. This will keep your microbiome healthiest and happiest. It will also help keep you inspired at meal time.
