January’s Conscious Covets

January and cold weather is here

And I’m all about staying warm and hydrated. I bought this pink hat in Paris and love how fun the color is now that we’re moving into grey January, not to mention it is also warm! Keep reading for what’s keeping me going this month thus far in the new year!

As I’ve gotten older, my skin has gotten dryer and more sensitive. Add in the cold NYC air and my skin definitely needs some extra love. This mask feels so good and really softens my face. I do it at night so it can stay on for a while, I then rinse it off and layer on a great night time moisturizer and I wake up with skin that feels softer and more nourished. A little goes a long way and I’d say that this jar is the perfect amount to get you through the winter months.

I’ve only been taking this a few days now but wow have I felt a difference in my sleep. Magnesium is a mineral most people are deficient in. There are different types of magnesium with different effects. This one in particular helps your body recover and restore for the next day. I mix it with a few ounces of water before bed, swish it down and hit the pillow. Definitely worth checking out!
