February’s Conscious Covets

January always feels VERY long…

The start of 2025 was A LOT for many - myself included. January can often begin with high hopes and then life gets to life-ing. I finished off my January with these gorgeous Italian Ranuculus. They are one of my favorite flowers and my local florist whom I love always gets them at this time of year and they’re just what you need during the dreary days of winter. Flowers for yourself always make things feel better! Keep reading for what else I’m getting into this month!

Losano’s clothes have become a regular part of my weekly wardrobe. They are PFAS free and made from recycled materials. This sweat set is SO cozy and fits great. And their colors are spot on. I love a cozy yet cute sweat set that doesn’t look like you’re wearing pajamas. You can still style it so you look put together yet cozy.

I’m about 125 pages into this book and I am enjoying it! It’s a lovely story that takes place in England in the early 1900’s and a nice change of pace from the books I read last month.

This body oil has saved me this winter. I’ve been layering it under the Undaria Body lotion and it has solved my super dry skin. My skin is now so soft, not itchy, and feels amazing. This combo is truly a life saver!

Put this on after the oil and your body is good to go. I love how fast it dries without actually being “drying” due to alcohols in the formula. I’ve been using Osea products for years now and truly love them!

I got a HORRIBLE stye in my eye a few months ago. It took a few months to go away and eventually became so big that I panic ran to the doctor worried I had eye cancer. I am guessing it is from the oil based eye make up remover I have been using these last few months (and loved). But, it is not worth it nor do I love it anymore now that I had that happen. Enter this lovely micellar water that has no fragrance and is light/gentle on my eyes yet easily removes my eye makeup. A dear friend got me this after my eye episode and I love it! Eye makeup can collect under your eyes and cause buildup/make you look like you have dark under eye circles when you actually don’t, it’s just old eye make up (yuck).

I have actually be listening to this book on Spotify (if you’re a premium member, you get free audio books). While I know/understand a lot about the basics of longevity, this book is eye opening and truly a great resource. I think everyone should be required to read it. While yes it has LOTS of medical jargon in it (thus the reason I am listening to it, it’s just easier to digest) it truly outlines/highlights the importance the 5 pillars of health that I talk about all the time. This one is worth it!

Thanks for taking the time to read through! If you check out any of the items on this list and love them, be sure to tag me on Instagram @AshleyPattenPilates and/or comment below!
