Stone Ground Mustard Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:
2 filets of wild salmon (if possible).
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with a silpat and place salmon filets evenly apart and pat them dry.
In a liquid measuring cup, add the mustard, the chives, olive oil and a good pinch of salt and ground pepper. Mix well.
Evenly spread the mustard mixture between the two filets so they’re completely covered.
Place them in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked to your liking (I prefer medium).
Serve with roast veggies and enjoy!
I hope you enjoy this as much as we do! This is so quick and easy it’s great for a weeknight dinner. Roast some veggies simultaneously to serve on the side and you’re good to go. If you make this be sure to tag me on Instagram @AshleyPattenPilates and/or comment below!
