Sakara Life + Why I love it
Back in December I started not feeling my best, both physically and energetically. I took some time to think about what this meant and asked myself what shifts could I make to feel better.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I found myself in a rut with my nutrition and was feeling uninspired. The Sakara ads seemed to appear magically on my social media. It wasn’t something I had considered in the past because I know how to eat well. But, looking to make some changes I decided to give it a try. I did a few 2 and 3 day trials and then all four weeks of January. And now, I am hooked. I subscribe and change how many days I have coming each week based on what I have going on.
I am so busy and am in charge of making sure not only myself is fed but also my husband and toddler - it’s a lot, especially during covid. So having Sakara as a plan has made a huge difference for me not only in how I feel physically but mentally by removing one less thing from my mind. The food is so good and it really mixes up all of the different foods you eat each week. It has certainly kept things interesting for me during Covid.
